Our Day-of Coordination package is tailored to couples who have fully planned their wedding & are simply in need of someone to run on the show day-of. With this package, we connect with you two weeks prior to your wedding to familiarize ourselves with the plans you have laid, create a timeline, and touch base with your vendors & creative partners.

On your wedding day, we are the liason between you, your timeline, and your vendors, keeping the wedding on track. We will act as the team leader of the vendors, overseeing that everyone is doing their part and all of the moving pieces that will make your day so special are coming together seamlessly. Of course, should something unexpected arise, we are there to effectively & quietly troubleshoot so that you don’t have to take precious moments away from your celebration. You can be confident that we are managing everything behind the scenes so that you can focus on the important things like getting married and celebrating!
